If you cannot pull the drum unit out, make sure that the front cover is fully open.Ĭ. Press down on the front cover release button and open the front cover by pulling it towards you.ī. Go to step 2 to clean the corona wire for the color line you see.Ī. Review your printed pages to identify the color causing the problem. If it has slit which means it is an old type.1. Replace the wiper rubber with new one if the current wiper rubber has a slit on the center of the cap rubber. Make sure that the wiper rubber is not damaged, distorted, or dirty.ī.

Press key, select, and check the following condition.Ī. If actual ink amount is enormously lighter than the displayed remaining ink level, please replace it with the new ink pack.Ĥ. ・Normal Cleaning, 2 times, and Hard Cleaning, 2 timesģ.Ĝheck the remaining amount of the ink packĮven if the remaining ink level which is displayed on the printer display is enough, please hold the ink pack and check the actual amount. This phenomenon may be happened because of the following causes. (Ex) Curled, Dotted line, Fired half size, Crooked a lot, etc
